Join us for either a fun one-day interactive workshop, or sign up for five 1-on-1 sessions with an experienced counsellor.
Make your marriage strong before it starts!
In this workshop
You will:

Be guided through conversations about your life dreams and long term goals

Gain practical insight on how you and your partner give and receive love

Experience a deeper understanding on your personality styles and how to improve communication

Receive tools to resolve differences and fight fair

Establish a rhythm of constructively handling common areas of marital disagreement.

Learn how to improve and maintain sex and intimacy
If you would prefer five private sessions with an experienced marriage counsellor, you can pay one flat fee and book for a time convenient for you! Sessions run 60-90 minutes.

Facilitated by experienced marriage counsellors in a classroom setting. Join other couples at similar stages of the marriage journey as you learn with the aid of a manual, video vignettes, paired and group exercises, and more. Share only what you are comfortable with the rest of the group.
